Berkeley Tower is a Grade A commercial office building planned for Business Bay. It sits a minute from Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay Metro Station. It rises to ground plus 62 floors and has an automated parking system.
Offices will come as full floors, half floors and individual offices. Typical floor plates are 10,500 to 11,500 sq ft. Dedicated amenity floors are planned, with a gym, yoga and Pilates studios, a stress relief room, and a restaurant and F&B.
